Structural System Renovation and Upgrade – Drummond St, Carlton 

Full renovation of the building’s structural system. Works included the complete strip-out of an existing hostel, demolition of existing flooring, installation of a new foundation system, erection of structural spray-on concrete walls, construction of new AFS structural walls, installation of 400 m³ of new suspended Bondek slab for an additional floor, infill slabs, installation of new sets of polished concrete staircases, and top-up slabs to enhance structural strength and durability.
